로버트 닐리 벨라(Robert Neelly Bellah, 1927년 2월 23일~2013년 7월 30일)는 미국의 사회학자이며, 버클리 대학교의 사회학 교수이다. 그는 시민종교, 종교와 사회구조, 도덕 공동체와 문화적 자본등 종교 사회학과 관련된 그의 작업으로 세계적으로 유명세를 얻게 되었다. 하버드 대학교에서 48년에 학사 학위를 취득했으며, 55년에 동대학원에서 박사 학위를 취득했다. 그는 30여년 동안 캘리포니아 주의 버클리 대학교에서 사회학 교수로서 교육에 이바지했다. 세계에서 가장 영향력 있는 사회학자 중 한명이며, The Broken Covenant, Habits of the Heart and The Good Society, shaped the discipline, Religion in Human Evolution 등이 그의 주요 저서이다.
