퍼트리샤 로버츠 해리스(Patricia Roberts Harris, 1924년 5월 31일 ~ 1985년 3월 23일)는 미국의 민주당 정치인, 외교관이자 법률 전문가였다. 그녀는 대통령 내각에서 지내는 데 첫 아프리카계 미국인 여성으로 역사를 만들었다.
Patricia Roberts Harris was an American politician, diplomat, and legal scholar. She served as the 6th United States secretary of housing and urban development from 1977 to 1979 and as the 13th United States secretary of health and human services from 1979 to 1981 under President Jimmy Carter.
