메리 랜드(Mary Denise Rand, MBE, 1940년 2월 10일 ~ 2026년 3월 27일)는 영국의 육상 선수로, 1964년 도쿄 올림픽 멀리뛰기 금메달리스트이다.
Mary Denise Rand was an English athlete who excelled at jumping, hurdles and the pentathlon. She won the long jump at the 1964 Summer Olympics by breaking the world record, the first British female to win an Olympic gold medal in athletics. Until 2024, Rand was the only British female athlete to win three medals in a single Olympics.
