존 랫클리프(John Ratcliffe, 1965년 10월 20일 - )는 미국의 정치인이며 검사로 2020년에서 2021년까지 미국 국가정보장실에서 근무하였다. 2024년 11월 12일 대통령 당선인인 도널드 트럼프는 그를 증앙정보국에 선임하였다.
John Lee Ratcliffe is an American politician and attorney who has served as the director of the Central Intelligence Agency since 2025. Ratcliffe served as the director of national intelligence from 2020 to 2021. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the U.S. representative for Texas's fourth congressional district from 2015 to 2020, as the mayor of Heath, Texas, from 2004 to 2012, and as the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Texas from 2007 to 2008.
