존 킹 페어뱅크(John King Fairbank, 1907년 5월 24일~1991년 9월 14일)는 중국 및 미중 관계를 연구했던 미국의 역사가이다. 1936년부터 1977년 은퇴할 때까지 하버드 대학교에서 가르쳤다. 그는 제2차 세계대전 이후 미국에서 중국학 분야를 구축한 공로로 인정받고 있다.

John King Fairbank was an American sinologist. He was a historian of China and United States–China relations. He taught at Harvard University from 1936 until his retirement in 1977. He is credited with building the field of China studies in the United States after World War II with his organizational ability, his mentorship of students, support of fellow scholars, and formulation of basic concepts to be tested.
