헨리 로렌스 간트(Henry Laurence Gantt, 1861년 5월 20일 – 1919년 11월 23일)는 미국의 기계공학자이자 경영 컨설턴트로, 과학적 관리법 개발에 기여한 것으로 가장 잘 알려져 있다. 그는 1910년대에 간트 차트를 만들었다.
