Fiona Christianne Dourif is an American actress and producer. She is best known for portraying Dr. Cassie McKay in the HBO Max medical drama series The Pitt (2025–present), for which she and the cast won an Actor's Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
