도로시 엠마 아즈너(영어: Dorothy Emma Arzner, 1897년 1월 3일 ~ 1979년 10월 1일)는 미국의 영화 감독, 영화 각본가이다. 1920년대 초 할리우드 무성 영화 시기부터 1940년대 초까지 활동하였다. 1927년부터 1943년 은퇴하기까지 할리우드에서 활동하던 유일한 여성 영화 감독이었다. 또한, 할리우드 사상 유성 영화를 만든 최초의 여성이자 미국 감독 조합에 가입한 최초의 여성이다.

Dorothy Emma Arzner was an American film director whose career in Hollywood spanned from the silent era of the 1920s into the early 1940s. With the exception of long-time silent film director Lois Weber, Arzner was the only female director working in Hollywood from 1927 until her retirement from feature directing in 1943. She was one of a very few women able to establish a successful and long career in Hollywood as a film director until the 1970s. Arzner made a total of twenty films between 1927 and 1943 and launched the careers of a number of Hollywood actresses, including Katharine Hepburn, Rosalind Russell, and Lucille Ball. Arzner was the first woman to join the Directors Guild of America and the first woman to direct a sound film.
