체이스 인피니티 페인(영어: Chase Infiniti Payne, 2000년 5월 5일 ~ )은 미국의 배우이다. Apple TV+ 미니시리즈 《무죄추정》(2024)과 폴 토머스 앤더슨의 영화 《원 배틀 애프터 어나더》(2025)에 출연했다.
Chase Infiniti Payne is an American actress best known for her roles in the limited series Presumed Innocent (2024) and One Battle After Another (2025). For the latter, she was nominated for an Actor Award, a BAFTA Award and a Golden Globe Award.
