캐서린 맥키넌

캐서린 앨리스 맥키넌(영어: Catherine Alice MacKinnon, 1946년 10월 7일 ~ )은 미국의 급진적 여성주의 법학자, 운동가, 작가이다. 그녀는 1990년부터 재직 중인 미시간 대학교 로스쿨의 Elizabeth A. Long 법학 교수이자 하버드 로스쿨의 James Barr Ames 객원 교수이다. 2008년부터 2012년까지 그녀는 국제형사재판소 검사의 성별 특별 고문을 역임했다.

Catharine Alice MacKinnon is an American feminist legal scholar, activist, and author. She is the Elizabeth A. Long Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School, where she has been tenured since 1990, and the James Barr Ames Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. From 2008 to 2012, she was the first Special Gender Adviser to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.
