로버트 조지 ("보비") 실(Robert George Seale, 1936년 10월 22일 ~ )은 아프리카계 미국인 인권 운동가로 휴이 뉴튼과 함께 공동으로 흑표당을 창당하였다. 블랙 파워 운동이 있던 동안 발포된 가장 잘 알려진 단체였던 조직은 무료 아침 식사와 인권 운동가들에 의하여 주창된 비폭력 철학으로부터 출발인 자기 방어 강조에 돋보였다.

Bobby Seale is an African American revolutionary, political activist, and author. Seale co-founded the Marxist–Leninist and Black power political organization the Black Panther Party (BPP) with fellow activist Huey P. Newton. Founded as the "Black Panther Party for Self-Defense", the Party's main practice was monitoring police activities and challenging police brutality in Black communities, first in Oakland, California, and later in cities throughout the United States.
