앨런 우드링(Allen Woodring, 1898년 2월 15일 ~ 1982년 11월 15일)은 미국의 육상 선수로 1920년 안트베르펜 올림픽 200m 금메달리스트였다.
Allen Woodring was an American sprint runner. At the 1920 United States Olympic trials, he failed to qualify in the 200 meters yet was selected for the national team and won the Olympic gold medal in this event.
