앨리스 조이스(Alice Joyce, 1890년 10월 1일 ~ 1955년 10월 9일)는 미국의 배우이다.
Alice Joyce Brown was an American actress who appeared in more than 200 silent films during the 1910s and 1920s. Known as "The Madonna of the Cinema," she was noted for her roles in the 1923 film The Green Goddess and its 1930 remake of the same name.
