앨프리도 모랄레스(영어: Alfredo Morales, 1990년 5월 12일 베를린 ~ )는 독일 태생 미국의 페루계 축구 선수로 현재 메이저 리그 사커의 산호세 어스퀘이크스에서 수비수 겸 미드필더로 뛰고 있으며 독일과 미국 국적을 보유하고 있다.
