CMS Home Health Compare Quality of Patient Care (QoPC) Star Rating 2024
Home Health(재택건강·방문간호)는 퇴원 후 자택에서 받는 skilled nursing·physical therapy·occupational therapy·speech therapy·home health aide 서비스로 미국 약 11,500개 메디케어 인증 HHA(Home Health Agency)가 제공합니다. QoPC Star 산정 (FACT)
- 7개 measures 중 최소 5개 보고 필요
- OASIS 기반 = 20+ complete episodes 필요

- 1~5 star (반쪽 star 단위 가능), 분기 refresh (1·4·7·10월)
